Connecting Presque Isle to New Sweden

The Aroostook Valley Trial is 28.8 miles long.  The trail follows the old railroad bed between the towns of Presque Isle, Caribou, Washburn, Woodland and New Sweden.  The crushed stone trail is open year round and passes through fields and forests, and past streams and the Aroostook River.  This trail connects to the Bangor and Aroostook Trail for an even bigger adventure!
